I must say that it was a HUGE relief having done the first shot – all of that build up and now I can just relax.
People say that you’ll know within the first week if T is for you. I’m now worrying, as an overthinker, that it might not be for me. But other than that paranoia I’m trying really hard to just go with what happens, relax and go with the flow, as it were. I’m taking it easy this week, relaxing on the gym and training so that I can just recover from the emotional tension of the past 6 weeks. I must say that after 6 weeks of insomnia I slept like a (newborn) baby last night… Bring on second puberty!
