All or Nothing thinking

Being kind and gentle with one’s self, treating self as one would treat others is such a big step in #selfcare towards #selflove. It’s amazing how being hard on ourselves, having too high expectations and then beating ourselves up screws with everything. Like it’s all or nothing – if we can’t do all, we do nothing. That grey, in-between space is so healthy and liberating, and the space where more gets done. #ProjectSelfCareThroughSelfLove
